“Olio di Mezzanotte” (Midnight Oil)

Made with Extra Virgin olive oil, chilli pepper, garlic and parsley, we created Midnight Oil especially for preparation of the traditional midnight summer spaghetti called aglio, olio e peperoncino ("Garlic, oil and chilli pepper"). The spices are infused in the oil, so you just need to just shake up the bottle, put the desired quantity of oil in the pan, add the drained al dente spaghetti, and mix the ingredients together. In just a few minutes, you will have prepared the most delicious, classic and traditional of pasta dishes.
